About

A founder-led firm built around introductions that matter.

Alkhazaleh Advisory originates private transactions and makes strategic introductions between acquirers, business owners and the professionals who advise them, across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.

What we do

Origination, qualification, introduction.

Many good private businesses never come to market through a formal sale process, and many capable acquirers struggle to find them. We work in the space between: identifying businesses whose owners may be open to a transaction, understanding what qualified acquirers are looking for, and connecting the two when there is a genuine fit.

The firm is founder-led. Each mandate, each business and each introducer relationship is handled personally, with a deliberately limited number of active engagements.

Principles

How we work.

Confidentiality
Information is shared only with consent, on a need-to-know basis, and normally under a confidentiality agreement.
Selectivity
We take on mandates and opportunities where we believe we can be useful, and say so plainly when we cannot.
Alignment
We are paid on a success basis, under terms agreed in writing in advance. There are no membership or listing fees.
Clarity of role
We make introductions. We do not give legal, tax or regulated investment advice, and we never hold client money.

Geographic focus

UK, Europe and MENA.

  • UK owner-managed and founder-led businesses, and the acquirers active in the UK lower and mid-market.
  • European acquirers and opportunities, including cross-border transactions into and out of the UK.
  • Gulf and wider Middle Eastern acquirers and family offices seeking UK and European businesses, and opportunities within the region.

Our role in a transaction

Buyers and sellers negotiate and complete transactions through their own lawyers, accountants, banks and other professional advisers. Transaction consideration passes directly between the parties; Alkhazaleh Advisory invoices any agreed fee separately. No outcome is guaranteed, and every party should take independent professional advice.
