Terms of Use
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any information you submit through it. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to them. This website is operated by Kareem Alkhazaleh trading as Alkhazaleh Advisory (“Alkhazaleh Advisory”, “we”, “us”), a sole trader. Contact: kareem@alkhazalehadvisory.com; [Business address to be confirmed].
1. Our role
Alkhazaleh Advisory originates opportunities and arranges introductions between parties who may wish to enter into a transaction. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulated investment advice; we are not a securities exchange, crowdfunding platform, bank or lender; and we do not hold client money or transaction consideration. Transactions are negotiated and completed by the parties through their own advisers.
2. No offer or advice
Content on this website, including published mandate summaries, is provided for general information. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any business or security, and is not a recommendation. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.
3. Submissions
When you submit information to us, you confirm that:
- it is accurate and not misleading to the best of your knowledge;
- you are authorised to provide it, and providing it does not breach any duty of confidentiality or any other obligation you owe; and
- you have any consents required from others whose information you include.
You permit us to use and store submitted information to evaluate it, to identify potential counterparties and, subject to section 4, to make introductions. We may decline any submission at our discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.
4. Confidentiality
We treat submissions as confidential. We do not disclose information that identifies a business owner, business or acquirer to a third party without the relevant party’s consent, except to our professional advisers and service providers under a duty of confidentiality, or where required by law. Anonymised summaries are prepared and circulated only with consent.
5. No guarantee
Submission of a mandate, business or opportunity does not guarantee that any match, introduction or transaction will occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties. “Verified” and similar descriptions in our processes mean that we have carried out reasonable checks, not that information has been independently audited or is guaranteed.
6. Fees
There is no charge to use this website or to submit information. Our fees are success-based and are payable only under a separate written agreement with the relevant party. Nothing on this website creates an obligation to pay a fee.
7. Introducers
Registering as an introducer or submitting an opportunity does not by itself create any entitlement to a fee, commission or other compensation. Any entitlement arises only under a written agreement with us, and only on the terms of that agreement, which will be put in place before a protected introduction is made.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false or unlawful information, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to submit information or collect content.
9. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own information but may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our permission.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
