What we do
A disciplined route between serious buyers and private businesses.
- 01Deal Origination
- Identifying and qualifying private companies that may be open to a transaction, through direct owner relationships and a network of professional introducers.
- 02Acquisition Search
- Searching against the defined criteria of acquirers, including businesses that are not being openly marketed for sale.
- 03Strategic Introductions
- Connecting principals where there is a credible strategic and financial fit, and only once the necessary permissions are in place.
- 04Opportunity Matching
- Assessing each opportunity against the documented requirements of active acquirers before any approach is considered.
For acquirers
Submit acquisition criteria and receive relevant opportunities.
Corporate acquirers, private equity, family offices, search funds and independent sponsors can register a defined mandate. We review it, and where there is a fit, present opportunities on a confidential basis.
For business owners
Explore a sale or investment discreetly, on your terms.
Owners can share an initial profile in confidence. Nothing is disclosed to any third party without your approval, and submitting information creates no obligation to sell.
For introducers
A professional counterpart for relevant opportunities.
Brokers, accountants, lawyers, advisers and independent introducers can submit opportunities for review. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before any protected introduction.
Selected mandates
Acquisition mandates authorised for circulation.
No mandates are currently published.
Selected acquisition mandates will appear here when authorised for public circulation. Most mandates are handled privately.
Our approach
Six stages. No shortcuts.
- 01SubmitAcquirers, owners and introducers provide information through the relevant secure form and receive a reference number.
- 02ReviewEach submission is screened for relevance, completeness and fit with our sector, size and geographic focus.
- 03VerifyWe take reasonable steps to confirm identity, authority and headline information before proceeding. Verification is a diligence step, not an audit or a guarantee.
- 04MatchOpportunities are assessed against the documented criteria of qualified acquirers: sector, geography, size and transaction structure.
- 05IntroduceWith the consent of both parties, and appropriate confidentiality and commercial terms agreed in writing, we make a controlled introduction.
- 06ExecuteThe parties negotiate and complete with their own lawyers, accountants and advisers. Our fee becomes payable only if a transaction completes under an agreed arrangement.
Alkhazaleh Advisory does not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulated investment advice. Parties should take independent professional advice at every stage.
Geographic focus
Three markets, connected.
United Kingdom
Owner-managed and founder-led businesses, and the trade buyers, investors and search funds active in the UK lower and mid-market.
Europe

Middle East & North Africa
Gulf and wider regional acquirers looking at UK and European businesses, and opportunities within the region itself.
Commercial model
Aligned with the outcome.
We are paid only where an agreed success-based arrangement is in place and a transaction completes.
- No fee to submit an acquisition mandate, a business or an opportunity.
- No membership, subscription or listing fees.
- Fees are agreed in writing before any protected introduction and invoiced separately. We never hold transaction funds.
