Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or invitation to buy, sell or subscribe for any business, shares or other investment, or a recommendation to do so. Published mandate summaries describe the criteria of acquirers and are provided for information only.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that a buyer, seller or investor will be found, that any introduction will be made, or that any transaction will proceed or complete. Outcomes depend on the parties and on matters outside our control.

Third-party information

Information about businesses and acquirers is provided by the parties themselves or their advisers. We take reasonable steps to review information before relying on it, but do not audit or independently verify it unless expressly agreed in writing. Recipients must carry out their own due diligence.

Independent advice

Every party to a potential transaction should take independent legal, tax, financial and other professional advice appropriate to their circumstances. Transactions are completed through the parties’ own lawyers and banks; we do not hold client money or transaction consideration.

Fees

Any fee is payable only under a separate written agreement, on a success basis, and is invoiced separately from any transaction consideration.
