How it works
Clear terms before any introduction.
- 01RegisterTell us about your background, coverage and the opportunities you typically see. You will receive an introducer reference.
- 02SubmitShare specific opportunities through our secure form, quoting your reference. You should be authorised to do so.
- 03ReviewWe assess each opportunity against active mandates and our focus areas, and confirm whether we wish to proceed.
- 04DocumentWhere we agree to work together, the commercial arrangement is set out in writing before any protected introduction is made.
- 05IntroduceIntroductions proceed on the agreed basis, with confidentiality protected for every party.
Terms of engagement
Fairness depends on clarity.
Where Alkhazaleh Advisory agrees a commercial arrangement with an introducer, the economics — including any fee share, the protection period and the circumstances in which a fee is payable — are documented in writing before protected introductions are made.
We respect existing mandates and appointments. If another adviser is retained on an opportunity, please tell us when you submit it.
Professional standards
We expect introducers to act with integrity, to share only information they are permitted to share, and to comply with the laws and professional rules that apply to them — including any licensing or regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction. We may decline or end any relationship at our discretion.
Register as an introducer.
Registration is free and does not commit you to submitting opportunities.
