- Your initial submission is seen only by Alkhazaleh Advisory. It is stored securely and is never shared with buyers without your approval.
- No public disclosure
- Your business is never named publicly. If you agree to an anonymised teaser, you approve its content before it is used.
- Controlled introductions
- We approach only buyers you have agreed to, and normally only after they have signed a confidentiality agreement.
- No obligation to sell
- Submitting a profile does not commit you to anything. You decide whether, when and with whom discussions proceed.

What happens after you submit.
- 01Initial profileShare headline information about the business and your objectives. Detailed documents are not required at this stage.
- 02Private discussionWe arrange a call to understand the business, your priorities and any sensitivities.
- 03AgreementIf we agree to proceed, we document the scope of our role, confidentiality and the success-based fee in writing.
- 04Buyer identificationWe identify qualified acquirers whose criteria fit, and agree with you which may be approached and how.
- 05IntroductionsInterested parties sign an NDA before receiving identifying information. You decide which conversations to pursue.
Commercial basis
Paid on completion, not before.
There is no fee to submit your business and no retainer to begin a discussion with us.
- A success fee is payable only if a transaction completes, under terms agreed with you in writing beforehand.
- Transaction funds pass between the parties through their own lawyers and banks. We never hold client money.
- You should appoint your own legal, tax and financial advisers. We can work alongside them.
